and Inclusive Excellence

October 7-15, 2021

The American Association for Access, Equity and Diversity (AAAED) was founded in 1974 as the American Association for Affirmative Action (AAAA), a non-profit membership organization. It is the longest-serving national organization of Equal Opportunity Professionals (EOPs) who engage in the important work of leading, directing and managing affirmative action, equal opportunity, diversity and other human resource programs.

For the first time in AAAED’s history, the association is offering a Career Fair for members and colleagues of the equal opportunity profession.  The Career Fair is part of the AAAED’s 47th National Conference and Annual Awards Ceremony, which takes place on October 7 – 15, 2021.  The theme of the conference is “Reflect, Reset and Move Towards Justice, Equity and Inclusive Excellence.”
